Founded in 2020 in Porto Alegre, RS, Carona Certa provides pet-friendly freight and personalised moving services to families across Brazil.
Carona Certa is a digital platform that connects clients to partner independent drivers for pets, moves and cargo across Brazil. We are not a carrier: we do not operate a fleet and do not run the freight ourselves — we bring together whoever needs to ship with whoever already runs that route.
Carona Certa was born out of a real problem: when moving city, many people left their pet behind because they could not find a way to take it along. Founded in 2020, the network started to solve exactly that — the pet travels with the family and, when needed, the move or the freight goes in the same trip.
Today we keep the same focus: bringing both sides together transparently, so each partner driver handles their own legal, tax and operational obligations.
