About Carona Certa
Founded in 2020 in Porto Alegre, RS, Carona Certa provides pet-friendly freight and personalised moving services to families across Brazil.
Carona Certa connects people who need to move a pet, a household or cargo with independent drivers already making that route, across Brazil. We are not a carrier: we have no fleet and we do not run the freight.
We started in 2020 because of a simple problem: people moving city often had no way to take their pet along. Today the pet travels with the family, and the move or the cargo can go in the same vehicle.
Our job is to bring both sides together transparently. Each partner driver is responsible for their own legal, tax and operational obligations.
- You and your pet travel together, in the same vehicle.
- The move or the cargo can come along, with no second freight to hire.
- Over 15 years on the road, in a network running since 2020.
